Brannon Steel is looking for a Shippping and Operations Administrative Assistant to join the team at its Brampton manufacturing facility. This role works closely with shipping, production, and operations staff to support smooth workflow and timely deliveries.

Wage: $23.23 to $34.34 per hour depending on experience.
- Review prior-day shipping documentation to identify discrepancies or anomalies.
- Organize shipping documents from previous days deliveries and pick ups.
- Receive, print and review OS paperwork in accordance with administrative procedures.
- Maintain and update skid tracking records.
- Post, pick-up orders and co-ordinate related documentation.
- Locate parts in the shop as needed to support operations.
- Comply with all applicable company policies, procedures and practices including quality system requirements as documented through the ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
- Read, write and speak English at a basic level.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Can follow verbal and written instructions accurately and efficiently
- Comfortable with paperwork, data entry, and internal tracking systems
- Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets)
- Ability to communicate clearly with office staff and shop floor personnel
- Problem solving mindset and willingness to assist in locating parts/materials when needed
- Experience in a manufacturing, warehousing environment
- Shift premiums up to $4 per hour on nights (11pm - 7am) or $2 per hour on afternoons (3pm - 11pm).
- Overtime after 40 hours per week.
