The successful candidate will be directly accountable to:
•Process all local, national, and international shipping documents
•Package and prepare orders as per shipping requirements
•Coordinate incoming and outgoing trucks
•Coordinate the loading and unloading of all trucks with incoming and outgoing material
•Oversee and assist in the maintenance of inventory in the yard
•Operate forklifts and other machinery in a manner that meets the safety requirements of ACR Fuller
•Operate telescopic forklifts and rig large pieces of equipment
•Provide assistance in handling material to different departments when required
•100% participation in use of workplace PPE
•Actively adhere to company safety procedures and policies
•Perform other duties as required, including effective general clean-up and the accurate and timely completion of paperwork
•The successful candidate will have the following:
•Minimum 2 years shipping experience in an industrial environment
•Ability to prioritize tasks and perform in a fast-paced environment
•Strong computer skills required
•Prior forklift and loader experience
•Carpentry Experience an asset
•Ability to work safely with others
•Ability to work independently, as well as in a team
