Position: Shipper/Blaster

This person is responsible for safely operating the blaster, properly preparing orders for shipment, and loading/unloading all inbound/outbound trucks. The position is onsite, at the below address:

Location:700 Tub Mill Run Road, West Salisbury, PA 15565

Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, overtime is available

Compensation: Dependent upon experience and qualifications – starting at $15.00/hr

Specific Job Functions

· Safely load/unload the blaster with assistance from the grinder operators as needed

· Perform accurate shipping counts and outgoing documentation

· Perform accurate final inspection of all outgoing castings

· Assemble assemblies

· Paint castings as required by customer orders

· Properly load/unload outbound/inbound trucks

· Assist with the shakeout process as needed

· Fill in for any Grinder Operators on an as-needed basis

Qualifications

· Competitive, motivated, and self-directed with an appetite for learning

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Proper training/certification of mobile equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes

· Will train if no experience
