About This Job

SUMMARY

•

Datum Vessel Fabrication Ltd. is hiring an experienced Shipper/Receiver.

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 1-3 years of experience at an ASME Code facility (either vessels or piping). Ability to work in a team, cooperative with B Pressure Welders, Fitters, and Apprentices

•

Receive Code and Non-Code material per Datum's QC Manual

•

Unloading and loading trucks with forklift or overhead crane

•

Ship prep vessels and equipment

•

Coordinate with project managers to create shipping documents for projects

•

Booking shipments with vendors and clients

•

Coordinate with lead and shop foreman to pull parts and materials for production

•

Working with Purchaser and Foreman to pull stock items for jobs

•

General cleaning and organizing duties both in shop and yard

•

QC and task-oriented document control

•

Creating shipping documentation and BOLs for load outs

•

Supporting production staff with various tasks
