Position Summary:

We’re hiring individuals who want more than a job — they want a real career. As an Entry-Level Sheet Metal Fabricator, you’ll be trained from the ground up in how to cut, form, and assemble custom metal parts. No prior experience? No problem! We’ll teach you what we know — as long as you bring the work ethic, attitude, and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Learn & Do:* Understand shop drawings and blueprints

This Is a Great Fit If You’re:* A recent high school graduate who enjoys hands-on work and doesn’t want to sit at a desk all day

No Experience? No Problem. We Offer:* Starting Pay: $15.00 – $20.00/hour based on aptitude and performance

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

This position operates in a fabrication shop environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving machinery, metalworking tools, airborne particles, heat, and noise associated with fabrication equipment. Proper PPE (personal protective equipment) is provided and required.

The role requires the ability to:* Stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
