We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication processes, including welding and machining. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and equipment to create high-quality metal products. The Metal Fabricator will play a crucial role in assembling components and ensuring that all products meet industry standards.

Responsibilities

•

Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery to fabricate metal components.

•

Perform welding tasks using various techniques to assemble parts accurately.

•

Utilize calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure precision in fabrication.

•

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications.

•

Assemble metal structures and components according to design specifications.

•

Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures.

•

Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or issues.

•

Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience in metal fabrication, welding, or a related field is preferred.

•

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate forklifts safely.

•

Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.

•

Familiarity with machining processes is a plus.

•

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.

•

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

•

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

•

Pay: $25.52-$35.89 per hour
