Position Summary:

We’re hiring an Entry-Level Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our install team. No experience? Good. We’ll teach you. You’ll work in the field under skilled installers and foremen, learning how to build commercial kitchen exhaust systems from the ground up. That means hoods, duct, fans, and rooftop gear — real installs, not busywork.

What You’ll Do:* Install ventilation hoods, ductwork, fans, and curb systems

What You’ll Bring:* High school diploma or equivalent

Pay & Benefits:* Starting Pay: $15.00 – $20.00/hour (based on work ethic and ability to learn)

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

This is field work. You’ll lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, work in heat or tight spaces, and stay moving. You’ll use hand and power tools and be expected to work smart, safe, and hard — every day.
