Location: Norristown, PA | Pay: $31–$35/hour | Full-Time

Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Level 3 Sheet Metal Fabricator (Junior Foreman) who can guide jobs through production, troubleshoot challenges, and support the shop with precision and pride. You’ll be hands-on and team-focused, with room to grow into a full foreman role.

What You’ll Do:* Perform advanced fabrication using TIG & MIG welding

What You Need:* 4–6 years of fabrication experience

Compensation & Benefits:* $31–$35/hour based on experience

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

This position operates in a fabrication shop environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving machinery, metalworking tools, airborne particles, heat, and noise associated with fabrication equipment. Proper PPE (personal protective equipment) is provided and required.
