Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Level 1 Sheet Metal Fabricator (Apprentice) who’s eager to learn a skilled trade. Whether you’ve worked with tools before or are just starting out, we’ll train you in layout, welding, machinery, and shop processes. This is a full-time, entry-level position with a clear pathway to higher-level roles.

What You’ll Do:* Assist senior fabricators and learn core shop functions

What You Need:* High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation & Benefits:* $21–$25/hour based on experience

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

This position operates in a fabrication shop environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving machinery, metalworking tools, airborne particles, heat, and noise associated with fabrication equipment. Proper PPE (personal protective equipment) is provided and required.
