1st (M-F 8hr Shifts) and 2nd (M-Th 10hr Shifts)

Plouse Precision Manufacturing, Inc. (www.plousemanufacturing.com), a full service manufacturing facility that has earned a reputation for excellence in production, seeks experienced machinists at our Highspire, PA facility. We have openings for vertical and horizontal mills and lathes with live tooling, depending on your preference and experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:

- Proficent with Mazak, Haas, or Mori-Seiki CNC machines using Fanuc and/or Mitsubishi controls.

- Versed in G&M code.

- Experience with 4/5 axis machining.

- Ability to take measurements with micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, and other various tools of metrology as well as visual scopes/comparators

- CMM operation and programming experience a plus.

- Ability to read blueprints and an understanding of geometric tolerancing is necessary.

- Ability to setup production jobs with exsisting programs to run unmanned.

- A background in Mastercam.

- Able to demonstrate a solid grasp of geometry/trigonometry.
