Azure MicroDynamics, Inc. is a precision machine shop located in Foothill Ranch, CA. We specialize in complex, tight-tolerance parts for the Medical Device and Aerospace industries, machined primarily on Swiss-style lathes, CNC Mills, and Wire EDMs. We are a Preferred Employer and a growing company seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC Mill machines.

- Maintain tight tolerances up to ±0.0002.

- Interpret blueprints and GD&T specifications.

- Perform in-process inspections and prepare First Article Inspection Reports.

- Adjust tooling and offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy.

- Maintain equipment and adhere to safety protocols.

- Keep work area clean and organized.

- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience operating CNC Mill machines.

- Experience with Fanuc Robodrill, Doosan DVF, or Brother Speedio machines preferred.

- 5-axis setup experience is a plus.

- Programming experience in Mastercam or Espirit is a plus.

- Wire EDM experience is a plus.

- Proficient with hand inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule
