About This Job

ADVANTAGE SINTERED METALS, INC.

POSITION TITLE: SET-UP ASSOCIATE (1ST OR 2ND SHIFT)

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

•

Observe machine process for proper functioning and production of parts.

•

Set-up and change tooling and fixtures.

•

Operate 30-750 ton presses (after completed training).

•

Set machine cycles and measurements to specifications.

•

Performs a combination of production tasks, which may include loading machinery, positioning work, and setting up jobs.

•

Performs any other duties as assigned by the Tooling Manager and assumes other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically inherent to the function of a Set-up Associate.
