Service Technician – Midland/Odessa Area

Smart Chemical Services is a leading provider of chemical solutions in the oil and gas industry. We're currently seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team in the Midland/Odessa region. This hands-on role is essential to delivering high-quality chemical treatment services that help our customers operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and accurate chemical treatment of oil wells

- Maintain precise inventory and delivery records

- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

- Share expertise on chemical products, applications, and oil/gas well equipment

- Promote and uphold a safe work environment at all times

Qualifications

- Class A CDL required

- Minimum 3 years of driving experience with an acceptable record

- 2–4 years of experience in oil and gas operations

- Basic math and computer skills (preferred)

- Prior experience with oil and gas wells (preferred)

- Familiarity with machinery used in oil and gas operations (preferred)

- Understanding of fundamental chemical properties (preferred)

- Knowledge of chemical batch treatment processes (preferred)

- Minimum 2 years of experience with chemical treatment in the oil industry (preferred)
