We’re currently seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team and help drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll support our service operations by maintaining relationships with customers and promoting our service agreements. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping people.
Responsibilities:
•Call existing customers to promote and renew HVAC service agreements
•Contact satisfied customers to request Google reviews
•Send 2 marketing emails and 2 text message campaigns each month using CRM tools
•Mail renewal letters to customers with expired service agreements
•Answer incoming calls on heavy call days, provide excellent customer service and resolve issues
•Maintain accurate records in our CRM (ServiceTitan) and track performance
Qualifications:
•1–3 years of experience in customer service or administrative support
•HVAC industry experience is a plus, but not required
•Strong phone communication skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanor
•Basic experience with email marketing tools (like Mail chimp), SMS platforms, and CRM software (training provided)
•Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
