Roofing Service Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of roofing projects. This employee would be responsible to provide solutions to client problems and/or upper management. They would inspect, monitor and report on project progress, ensure compliance with all applicable safety rules and regulations, manage crews, complete estimates and bids on new projects. The job requires managing projects from start to finish. Theoretical and practical project management knowledge as well as knowledge of techniques and tools are necessary. Prefer 5 years of roofing knowledge. Critical thinking, problem solving, adaptability, ability to work independently and proactively, problem solving skills, and communication skills are a must, along with relationship building. May be required to work outside of scheduled work hours and may be required to travel. This is a salaried position.
