· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Previous HVAC knowledge / experience a plus but not required
· Organize and build daily schedules for Technicians
· Efficiently manage the Dispatch Board, utilizing GPS & Mapping functions
· Maintains administrative workflow for Service & HVAC Installation
· Takes calls from Service Technicians, Installers and provides customer service to homeowners
· Assists Service Manager and Administrative Coordinator in day-to-day operations
· Assists with billing and entering down payment information into Cargas
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge of HVAC
