Baker Hughes-Cordant Solutions provides everything from edge sensing devices and local condition monitoring software and protection hardware, to full enterprise solutions including asset health and asset strategy in order to provide business level insights to the executive level of major end user/owner operators.


Partner with the best

As a Customer-facing Sales Manager, you are responsible for winning business. Responsible for OEM, EPC, and Channel Partner customer engagements. Develops vision on an important market on the level of a product line with a long-term perspective. Leads business development planning processes for this market.

As an Customer-facing Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:


Selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects within a geographic area and defined customer base, including OEMs, EPCs, and Channel Partners.
Handling products and systems requires thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
Managing complex sales processes requires the involvement of many stakeholders, both at the client side and internally.
Creating proposals with technical, economic, logistical, and financial aspects being involved
Handling important business unit clients
Coordinating sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.
Handling medium-large sales.
Handling big or challenging markets or multi-country

To be successful in this role, you will:


Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Sales with a focus on business development
Be able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
Be a collaborator with business partners, exhibiting sound interpersonal and leadership skills
Be able to demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems
Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute sales business strategies/goals

The annual pay scale for this position is between $118,800.00 - $255,500.00.

Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes’ good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position. Baker Hughes will issue a non-bias competitive offer; the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hires, full-time salaries in some U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the pay range/scale depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic work location, skillset, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and demonstrated performance over time. Please keep in mind that the range stated above is the full base salary range for the role and does not include other forms of compensation. You will have a choice of coverage options that best suit your needs. Coverage options and contribution amounts are related to your benefit elections, base salary level, and specific requirements of each of these plans.

This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package, which can be found here, and is further eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses subject to the terms of the applicable benefit plans or policies.
