Job Description:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading all sales efforts within our organization. Working closely with the marketing and production teams, you will ensure our company remains competitive and strategically positioned in the market. Your primary responsibilities will include:
•Overseeing both direct sales and our dealer network, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and fostering strong relationships with our dealer partners.
•Onboarding new dealers and prospecting strategic partnerships to expand our market reach.
•Hiring, training, and leading an internal sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance.
•Defining and monitoring KPIs to track sales team success and implement data-driven improvements
•Overseeing the HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate data entry, lead tracking, and reporting for improved decision-making
•Developing and implementing sales automation workflows in HubSpot to improve efficiency and lead nurturing.
•Leveraging Hubspot Analytics to forecast sales trends, optimize lead segmentation, and proactively address pipeline inefficiencies.
•Fostering a high-performance sales culture by creating a competitive yet collaborative environment through the implementation of recognition programs, incentive structures, and goal-setting frameworks
•Developing a comprehensive sales playbook that standardizes sales processes, objection-handling scripts, and best practices to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the team.
•Leading weekly sales meetings to review performance, discuss strategies, and implement necessary changes.
•Facilitating cross-training between sales and other departments to enhance collaboration and business understanding.
•Collaborating with product teams to provide customer insights that influence product development, pricing strategies, and feature enhancements
•Work closely with marketing to optimize lead generation efforts, improve messaging, and develop compelling sales materials.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
•Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.
•Strong understanding of sales processes, HubSpot CRM , and market dynamics.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
•Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
•Flexibility to travel as needed.
