We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full cycle recruiting efforts for our growing organization. As the Senior Recruiter you will play a pivotal role in attracting and retaining top talent across a variety of roles including engineers, designers, welders, electricians, fabrication, and other skilled manufacturing professionals. This role will serve as the primary recruiter for all employment opportunities for our Manhattan location. The Senior Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies, build candidate pipelines, ensure a best-in-class candidate experience, and secure adequate personnel to support the Company operations.
- Lead the full cycle recruiting process for a variety of positions across the organization, from job requisition through offer and acceptance.
- Coordinate with plant leadership and department leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Proactively source candidates through online job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals and other creative methods.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-demand manufacturing positions.
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics to track metrics and improve efficiency and report the results to management.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and Company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Develop strong relationships with external recruiting agencies, trade schools, and technical programs to increase Company visibility and candidate flow.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the Company at job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach programs.- 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment (required).
- Proven track record of recruiting for a diverse range of roles including designers, engineers, welders, electricians, fabrication, and other skilled trades.
- Strong sourcing skills with knowledge of recruitment platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates.
- Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant HR software.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of labor market trends in the manufacturing industry.
