JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Project Manager with a strong blend of technical project leadership and exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ). This role involves leading and coordinating multiple complex projects while directly overseeing project teams and employees to ensure alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
•8+ years of experience in project or program management, including team leadership
•Provide direct supervision of project management office (PMO) staff, including performance management, coaching, and professional development
•Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
•Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
•Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
•Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
•Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills
•Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, MS Suite, MS Project)
•Ability to perform the responsibilities of the position well under pressure
•Must be adaptable to performing a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
•Ability to deal with and find a resolution to problems and maintain a productive working relationship with employees which may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of others
•Ability to fluctuate between priorities daily while being responsive to needs as they arise
•Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with employees and vendors
•Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
•PMP, PgMP, CSM or equivalent certification preferred
•Previous supervisory experience is preferred
