What You’ll Do

Oversee multi-family construction and remodel projects from start to finish—ensuring quality, budget, and schedule goals are met.

Manage subcontractors, vendors, field staff, and client relationships.

Coordinate project logistics and problem-solve on the fly to keep projects moving forward.

Collaborate directly with company leadership to pursue new business and help shape the future of the firm.

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for a general contractor in multi-family construction.

Proven success managing both ground-up and occupied renovation/remodel projects.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and scheduling skills.

A strong understanding of construction practices, permitting, safety standards, and value engineering.
