Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Project Manager to oversee and deliver end-to-end data management initiatives. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise data programs, including data governance, data warehousing, and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical understanding of data architecture, and experience leading cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

•

Lead and manage all phases of enterprise data management projects from initiation to completion.

•

Develop realistic project plans with clear timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations.

•

Ensure project alignment with organizational goals and data strategies.

•

Facilitate and document project meetings, including decisions, risks, issues, and action items.

•

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and business stakeholders to deliver on project requirements.

•

Ensure accountability for deliverables, linking outputs to broader strategic objectives.

•

Proactively identify and resolve data project roadblocks.

•

Communicate project status, issues, and progress clearly and effectively across all organizational levels.

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Azure DevOps Boards, or equivalent).

Hands-on experience with communication and scheduling tools.

•

Strong technical writing skills for documentation and risk reporting.

•

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.

•

Solid understanding of data governance, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts.

•

Working knowledge of databases, ETL processes, data modeling, and cloud-based solutions.

Certifications

•

Required: PMP Certification

•

Preferred: Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP or similar)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $72.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

•

8 hour shift

•

Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
