The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from: $103,939.20- $129,924
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic program management office team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in accounting, finance, budgeting, and advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power Query. This role is critical in driving financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and optimizing financial performance for our Operational Smart Grids business area.
Key Responsibilities
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.7-10 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and tax. Proven track record in a senior finance role.

Proven track record in a senior finance role. + Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Power Query. Strong knowledge of financial software and ERP systems. + Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights. + Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders. + Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate and foster support as part of a high-performing team. + Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis. + Energizing leader that possesses strong interpersonal communication and facilitation skills, be detail-oriented, thorough and results-focused. + Self-starter able to work well in new and undefined environments. + Strong skills in following up and following through with action items and dependencies. + Adept at putting together business cases to support project and program objectives. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills. + Possess the ability to work across organizational lines within the company and influence key internal executives and line managers. + Must be able to support and drive implementation of the agreed-upon strategies. + Flexible and willing to step up to take on tasks beyond a job description as required. + Lead the development of organizational metrics and reporting frameworks. + Drive a practice of continuous improvement - using data to drive constant improvement efficiency.
