Position Specific Description
Join our dynamic Customer Success, Customer & Employee Experience team as a Salesforce Product Owner for the innovative FieldForce and myDSM applications. This exciting role requires you to work closely with business operational teams and IT, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. You'll be responsible for managing the backlog, prioritizing features, conducting tests, providing implementation support and handling communication and project management tasks. Engage in agile team ceremonies, develop business cases, and maintain the product roadmap. Ideal candidates will have experience with systems and project management and possess exceptional skills in detail orientation, presentation, organization, translating business requirements into technical specifications, negotiation, critical thinking, and analytical problem-solving. This position is located within FPL's territory and offers the chance to make a significant impact on our customer and employee experiences.
