We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Business Systems Analyst to manage security access across multiple Independent System Operators (ISOs) in the USA and Canada, including ERCOT, MISO, PJM, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for issuing security certificates, setting up accounts, maintaining permissions, and providing support to internal teams regarding ISO access requirements. This role requires strong Excel skills, excellent organizational abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines, proficiency in documenting standard operating procedures, and adaptability to learn diverse ISO platforms. The position involves collaborating with various departments and responding to the needs of a 24x7 Real-Time desk that may occasionally require evening and weekend work.
