Senior Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare General Ledger journal entries and account reconciliations as assigned.

- Review journal entries and reconciliations prepared by others.

- Coordinate posting of journal entries to the General Ledger.

- Prepare, analyze, audit and distribute monthly and quarterly financial reports.

- Assist Districts Managers, helping them to analyse the financial statements, forecasting and budgeting process.

- Assist in creating the Key performance indicators for the business, analysis them and communicate with management.

- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

- Four year degree in accounting

- 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience preferred.

- CPA or CPA candidate preferred.

- Knowledge of GAAP and current accounting practices.

- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Strong project management skills.

Physical/Mental Demands:

- Able to stand, sit, walk, use hands and fingers, reach, talk and hear.

- Visual Requirements: include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Working Conditions:

- Work in indoor office environment 95% of the time.

- Noise level is usually moderate.
