The opportunity?

The Senior Financial Accountant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the Imdex financial records, managing month-end close processes, and supporting strategic financial decisions. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives and help drive our company’s financial health and performance.

•

Manage and oversee the general ledger and all transactional activity supporting the accounting operations.

•

Areas of responsibility include: fixed asset coordination and tracking, leased assets reconciliations, inventory, Intercompany and prepaid asset accounting as well as all other assigned technical accounting areas.

•

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

•

Reconcile complex accounts and resolve discrepancies.

•

Coordinate audits and prepare required documentation for internal and external auditors.

•

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

•

Support tax filings and liaise with external tax advisors.

•

Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff.

•

Review of regional tax effect accounting submissions and preparation of the group tax computation and proof.

Requirements: To be successful?

•

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.

•

5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.

•

Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.

•

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).

•

Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling or analysis.

•

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

•
