We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Senior Energy Advisor. In this role you are a technical specialist responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of residential energy efficiency programs from eligibility through project completion. This role provides expert guidance to homeowners and contractors, delivers technical products and services, supports compliance with program requirements, and resolves complex technical issues. A mandatory requirement for this role is demonstrated working knowledge of CSA F280‑12 Load Calculations, specifically being used to size heat pumps for residential use as part of energy efficiency programs. The Senior Energy Advisor also supports QA/QC activities, and contributes to team capability through training and knowledge sharing.

- Ensure successful completion of residential energy efficiency projects in compliance with program and contract requirements.

- Provide end‑to‑end guidance to homeowners and contractors on eligibility, documentation, and project completion.

- Serve as a technical subject‑matter expert, delivering product knowledge, technical support, and program guidance.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert advice on installation, configuration, and program specifications.

- Data entry, and QA/QC activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Document and communicate customer and contractor interactions to program stakeholders.

- Assist with training and knowledge‑sharing to support colleague development.

Exciting candidates will have…

- Working knowledge of CSA F280‑12 and the ability to apply it in residential assessments, equipment sizing, or energy programs.

- 3-5 years of experience as an Energy Advisor or related field such as residential construction.

- Familiarity with HVAC systems and building science.

- Customer service skills.

- Comfortable using an IPad and/or a laptop.

- Post-secondary education.

- Valid Driver’s license and clean driving background

- Ability to travel throughout the lower mainland and Vancouver Island using a company vehicle.
