- Strong communicators with presentation skills You lead conversations confidently and handle objections cleanly.

- People who stay organized and on top of follow-up Your pipeline, notes, and appointment management are consistent.

- Driven, competitive performers You push your own standards and deliver month after month.

- Individuals who respect the homeowner’s time You show up prepared and run a tight presentation.
