Senior Compensation Analyst, you’ll play a key role in designing and maintaining compensation programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on data, strategy, and making compensation meaningful.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Compensation Analysis: Evaluate internal pay equity, market competitiveness, and performance-based compensation strategies.
- Support Pay Programs: Administer annual merit, bonus, and incentive programs with precision and insight.
- Benchmarking & Market Research: Conduct salary surveys and analyze market data to guide compensation decisions.
- Partner with HR & Leadership: Provide consultative support on job evaluations, salary structures, and compensation planning.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain alignment with legal requirements and internal policies, including pay transparency and equity standards.
- Drive Process Improvements: Identify opportunities to streamline compensation workflows and enhance data accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- CCP certification or progress toward it is a plus
