We are seeking a self driven, project oriented, growth‑oriented
Senior Accountantto play a key role in the next phase of our Global Shared Services (GSS) transformation. This position will be a core contributor to both the
Oracle Fusion rolloutand
Shared Services global transitions, acting as a subject matter expert across critical accounting processes.This role is ideally suited for someone who is already experienced in full cycle accounting, has experience with Oracle fusion, and is looking to expand their experience working with Shared Services model and on global projects. The candidate should thrive in a dynamic and agile environment, enjoys contributing to solutions, and is passionate about driving technology‑enabled initiatives
Responsibilities Oracle Fusion Rollout
- Support Oracle Fusion Rollout Project as Functional SME for SSC’s accounting and AP processes
- Perform project activities (e.g. Process mapping and documentation of current and future state, creation of Desktop procedures and SOPs, participate in solutions and design, perform UAT, and support stabilization)
- Serve as a key member of the Global Shared Services transition team, acting as SME for upcoming global SSC transitions (e.g. AP, Vendor master data, Intercompany, GL, Reporting, and Period close).
- Support onboarding, training, and transitions of SSC activities.
- Responsible for process mapping, and creation of Procedures.
- Identify, Support, and Execute on process improvement projects with a focus on efficiencies, automation and Service Levels.
- Support issue triage, root‑cause investigations, BA ticket analysis, testing, and documentation of new or enhanced system processes.
- Own and perform complex accounting and reconciliation activities (e.g.Leases, Payroll & Benefits, Bank and Intercompany)
- Perform period‑end close processes and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Includes troubleshooting Oracle issues and leading resolution.
- Analyze financial results to identify trends, discrepancies, or improvement opportunities.
- Act as subject matter expert for all SSC’s Accounting and Accounts Payable activities
- Responsible for onboarding and providing training to SSC team.
- Responsible for providing and building reports from Oracle, Service Now and another systems platform as needed.
- Trouble shooting Oracle issues and coordinating resolutions

- Strong work ethics
- CPA in progress or completed (preferred).
- 5+ years full cycle accounting, 3+ years of at SME level- Experience working in Shared Services model and SSC transitions.
- 2+ years working with Oracle Fusion (understanding of workflows and interfaces)- Strong analytical, documentation, and process‑mapping skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and different time zones.
- Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.
- Self driven and can manage scope with minimal supervision
