Job Overview:

As a Segmenter, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process by accurately cutting, shaping, and preparing raw materials according to production specifications. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- SegmentingCutting: Accurately measure, cut, and segment raw materials using specialized equipment (e.g., saws, laser cutters, or automated machinery).

- Quality Control: Inspect materials for defects, ensuring all cuts meet required specifications and quality standards.

- Machine OperationMaintenance: Operate and maintain cutting equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and report malfunctions.

- Safety Compliance: Follow company and industry safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

- Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, machine operators, and quality control personnel to meet production targets.

QualificationsSkills:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or work instructions.

Familiarity with cutting equipment and manufacturing tools.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift materials as needed.
