LOCATION: Carlota Copper Company - Miami AZ
POSITION REPORTS TO: Safety & Health Coordinator
Under the direction of the Health and Safety Superintendent, this position is responsible to provide guidance on safe and secure access to Carlota Mine and provide asset protection for Carlota Copper Company.
- Monitor access control on/off the property
- Provide delivery weight management and related documentation
- Perform asset management inspections throughout various areas of the property
- Assist with Safety and Health Administration/Computer data entry and recordkeeping.
- Provide dispatch for and to Carlota during any emergencies
- Escort contractors/trucks
- 1 Year of security experience preferred
- Previous mining experience preferred
- Equipment Operator experience a plus
- Ability to manage sensitive/confidential information
- Ability to positively interact with people
- Current Driver’s License required
- Certified CPR First Aid/AED or Emergency Medical Responder (Preferred)
- Proficient at Microsoft Office & JDE preferred
- Ability to operate various audiovisual devices preferred
