NGB Construction Inc. is a framing company with many projects all over Northern California. We are currently building 200+ units per month. We have a commitment to providing a high-quality service and to enrich the lives of our clients that is currently growing.
The role is to be held by a self-driven, competent, and highly efficient individual.
The candidate will be in charge of ordering lists of materials and scheduling deliveries per start date. The individual will also be in contact with vendors & foremen to complete scheduling and place orders on a daily basis.
*Bilingual (English & Spanish) desirable. *Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive). *Experience with Adobe Acrobat or similar software for working with PDFs. *Strong communication and organizational skills. *Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. *Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently. *Effective time management, including prioritization of time sensitive items and the ability to meet deadlines.
