Office Scheduler - Construction

Moore Home Solutions, LLC, one of the city’s largest residential electrical contractors is seeking an Office Scheduler. This is a full-time position with set working hours from 8:30AM - 5:30 PM

Location: Office is located in Katy Texas with Job Sites surrounding the Katy/Houston area

Compensation: Depending on experience

Responsibilities Job Description

* Working in production home construction environment. * Scheduling projects via digital scheduling software. * Connect with new home owners via telephone for scheduling of warranty service. * Assist in the management, scheduling and response to inbound emails. * Offer exceptional customer service to our builders.

Qualifications and Experience * Valid Driver's License Required, may be driving company vehicles. * Professional phone skills to manage customer service calls * Ability to be flexible and work as an office team member.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
