Scheduling Admin - Construction

We are seeking a talented Project Coordinator who would like to join our fast-growing team!

Project Coordinator

- manage construction project budgets and cost tracking

- source and coordinated delivery of construction materials

- manage project invoicing & receivables

- proficient in construction scheduling

- solid understanding of residential construction or similar

- 3-5 yrs experience in Outdoor Construction, Landscape Architecture, Design or Custom Home Building Industry

- produce job reports & schedules to communicate job status with clients

- familiar with permitting process for residential construction projects

- ability to work efficiently & accurately in fast paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
