Job Description:

Summary

The Sand Equipment Operator is responsible for operating equipment to include the wheel loader, truck unloader, radial stacker, and skid steer. The role unloads trucks onto unloader which travels to a stacker and into the pile on location.

Responsibilities

- Safely and effectively operate equipment

- Unload sand trucks using a truck unloader to maintain sand on location for entirety of job

- Maintain BOLs to ensure data accuracy of tonnage delivered

- Keep work area clean and tidy

- Operates skid steer in a safe and professional manner to maintain location

- Operate in a safe and professional manner to load sand into hopper feeder to supply sand for each stage as job design requires

- Communicate all issues/incidents to Crew Lead

- Ensure that equipment is maintained properly with lubricants and stays up to date on all preventative maintenance

- Work as a team to provide outstanding service quality to the customer

- Follow all SOPs in accordance with job role

- Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies by attending all required HSE training sessions, safety meetings, and always utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- At least 1 year of oilfield experience preferred

- Clear communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak English preferred

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions promptly and accurately

- Able to safely operate and maintain assigned equipment during a 12+ hour work shift that will include days or nights, weekends, and holidays

- Able to perform duties safely in all weather conditions

- Must be able to work closely with others and under time-sensitive deadlines, which may include emergency response situations

- Must be physically able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, crawl, walk on uneven surfaces, and climb equipment ladders or stairs throughout the work shift

- Willingness to work in a team environment
