Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance overall business performance.

Duties

•

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements

•

Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes

•

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators

•

Assist in the implementation of new systems and technologies

•

Participate in Agile project management methodologies

•

Utilize ETL tools such as Talend for data integration

•

Proficiency in VBA for automation tasks

•

Familiarity with R for statistical analysis

•

Knowledge of Server and Database design principles

•

Experience with SDLC processes

Experience

•

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

•

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

•

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.87 - $54.35 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
