Job Description Responsibilities: Dispatch & Supply Chain
- Support inbound/outbound planning and dispatch operations
- Learn supply planning, freight rates, margin impact, and material movement
- Understand customer needs and plant balance across Carmeuse sites
- Gain insight into products, applications, and go-to-market strategies
- Understand the value chain and how each point is influenced
- Participating in lead generation and initial customer outreach
- Attend job site and operations tours
- Learn the quoting process and develop pricing/margin competency
- Build relationships through call planning and coaching
- Become a Sales force super user and gain reporting experience.
- Develop forecasting skills and understand forecasting processes
- Learn territory strategy, key accounts, and call planning
- Participate in relationship building activities with clients and internal teams
- Gain exposure to quoting processes and projects
- Contribute to sales efforts through filed experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to travel and work in various environments
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic industry
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Basic understanding of supply chain and sales processes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
