Eaton Steel Bar Company is looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager
to manage key customer accounts, grow market share, and lead territory sales planning. This role is perfect for a sales professional with strong industry knowledge who thrives on building long-term customer relationships.
- Manage a portfolio of contract accounts, including quotations and pricing.
- Serve as the go-to resource for customer requests, new products, and solutions.
- Build strong partnerships with inside sales, operations, and technical teams.
- Visit customers regularly to strengthen relationships, review open orders, and support growth.
- Represent ESBC at key industry events (MSCI, PMPA, FIA) to expand visibility and influence.
- Develop and execute quarterly business plans to meet corporate sales goals.- 5+ years of sales experience
in the steel bar or metals industry (inside or outside sales).
- Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Marketing, or related field
(or equivalent work experience).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with pricing, contract negotiations, and account management.
- Proficiency with computer systems; formal training a plus.
