Position Overview:

The Sales Manager will lead AMF’s sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and build meaningful partnerships with both new and existing customers. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on sales execution, and collaboration with our operations and estimating teams to ensure we meet customer needs with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and expand market share.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.

- Collaborate with estimating and production teams to ensure accurate quoting, realistic lead times, and successful project delivery.

- Track and manage sales pipeline, reporting performance metrics and forecasts to leadership.

- Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing, metal fabrication, or industrial services.

- Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes, materials, and terminology.

- Proven ability to close deals, grow accounts, and meet or exceed sales goals.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
