The Sales Manager will spearhead our sales strategy, manage key accounts, and lead a high-performing team to expand our market share in industrial and construction sectors. This role requires deep knowledge of the mining and construction industry, strong leadership, and a proven track record in B2B sales. Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with corporate goals.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of sales associates.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations and finance to ensure pricing and contract alignment.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with external customers.
- 8-10 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in mining, energy, or industrial and construction sectors
- Proven success in negotiating contracts and long-term supply agreements.
- Strong understanding of mineral commodities, logistics, and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Geology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
