Position Overview
This is not a desk job—and it’s not for everyone. As an Entry-Level Sales Rep, you’ll begin in a Sales Setter role, generating leads through direct door-to-door contact. The goal? Become a Sales Closer—with greater responsibility, more control, and significantly higher income potential. This role is 100% commission-based, which means your effort and skill directly determine your earnings. If you want autonomy, uncapped income, and a clear path to growth—this is it.
- Lead Generation: Knock doors, connect with homeowners, and book qualified appointments.
- Training & Mentorship: Learn the full sales cycle, from pitch to close, through hands-on experience, team training, and 1-on-1 coaching.
- Growth Track: As you gain confidence, you’ll move into a Closer role—where you’ll manage deals from start to finish.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside a motivated, like-minded team with shared goals and a strong support system.
- Customer Education: Represent Safe Home Direct with integrity, professionalism, and empathy in every conversation.
