Position Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Specialist to empower our sales team with the tools, content, training, and support they need to sell more effectively. This role bridges the gap between sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure our reps are equipped, informed, and ready to close deals.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting Support

Assist with building and managing lead lists
Coordinate outbound campaigns and follow-up strategies
CRM Management
Maintain data hygiene and ensure accurate reporting
Train and support reps on CRM best practices
Manage and update sales collateral (presentations, one-pagers, case studies)
Organize and maintain a central repository (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)
Training & Onboarding
Deliver ongoing training on tools and processes
Technology Demo & Presentation Support
Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth client onboarding-SOP
RFI/RFP/RFQ support
Analyze sales metrics and identify areas for improvement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, product, and operations
Gather and share feedback to improve sales processes and materials


Qualifications


Education and Experience


Experience:

3+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role
Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Hubspot)
Excellent communication and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
Experience with sales automation tools (e.g., Zoominfo/Seamless.ai, Datamyne)
Familiarity with B2B sales cycles
Background in marketing or training is a plus


Education:

Industry-related coursework and/or certification would be great, but not necessary



Knowledge

Design - Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

Computers and Electronics - Knowledge of electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.

Communications and Media - Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.

Transportation - Knowledge of principles and methods for moving people or goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including the relative costs and benefits.
