Job Overview:

Vulcan Steel Structures, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Salesman to join our dynamic sales team. The Salesman will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and promoting our metal building systems to potential clients. Key Responsibilities:

Prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segments.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and understanding client needs.

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their requirements and propose appropriate metal building solutions that align with their needs and budget.

Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to develop accurate and competitive project proposals for clients.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, customer presentations, and negotiations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.

Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to comprehend technical specifications and effectively communicate complex information to clients.
