Western Energy Services Corp. (Corporate) is an oilfield service company which provides contract drilling services through Horizon Drilling in Canada and Stoneham Drilling Corporation in the United States. In addition, Western provides well servicing through Eagle Well Servicing in Canada, and provides rental services through Aero Rental Services in Canada.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales and Business Development, the Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving growth, building long-term relationships, and delivering strategic solutions for our valued clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Act as the primary point of contact for key enterprise accounts.
•Build trusted, long-term relationships with stakeholders.
•Develop and execute strategic sales plans in collaboration with leadership.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
•Support the team in creating compelling proposals and presentations.
•Resolve client concerns with urgency, empathy, and strategic insight.
•Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support.
•Analyze client outcomes and feedback to improve service and satisfaction.
What You Bring
•5-10+ years of experience in sales, with a track record of success. Drilling services or other related experience within the oilfield services industry is preferred.
•A collaborative, team-first mindset with a high degree of integrity.
•Strong knowledge of modern sales methodologies.
•Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
•Strategic thinking with excellent problem-solving abilities.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Outlook).
•Ability to build lasting relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
