We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving new business through proactive sales efforts. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional service.

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team and help us continue to deliver value to our clients in the oil and gas industry.
- Manage assigned accounts to maximize sales opportunities and meet revenue targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through outside sales activities
- Oversee projects from initiation to delivery to ensure deadlines and customer expectations are met
- Collaborate with internal departments and supervisors to ensure accurate BOM generation and project execution
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Acumatica ERP software to manage sales data, track projects, and analyze performance
- Request quotes from vendors to support accurate and competitive proposals
- Attend weekly management meetings to review project progress and timelines
- Monitor and correct open order reports to ensure accurate fulfillment
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and participation in industry events
- Work with management teams to develop campaigns that enhance customer engagement
- Upsell additional products and services to drive revenue and customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client inquiries and issues promptly
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Proven experience in inside/outside sales or territory management, preferably within an oilfield or industrial environment.
- Strong foundation in account management, direct sales, or inside sales roles.
- Familiarity with electrical/oilfield sales is preferred; retail sales experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Acumatica and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to close deals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and customer needs.
- Confident in conducting product demos and presenting solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for customer service.
