Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Suntech Solar Solutions. In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting our solar energy solutions, helping customers reduce their carbon footprint while managing rising energy costs. This position is essential for driving our mission of creating a more sustainable future.

Job Duties and Requirements -

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Approach potential customers at their homes or businesses.

- Introduce products or services to generate interest.

- Collect customer information to qualify leads and build a contact list.

2. Sales Presentation:

- Provide detailed information about products/services, focusing on benefits and addressing customer needs.

- Demonstrate the product or explain its use, showing how it solves the customer’s problem.

3. Customer Relationship Building:

- Establish rapport with potential customers to create trust and long-term relationships.

- Answer questions, resolve concerns, and handle objections during interactions.

4. Sales Conversion:

- Close sales by persuading customers to make a purchase or sign up for services.

- Follow up with interested prospects to finalize sales and ensure satisfaction.

5. Record-Keeping and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.

- Report on daily activities, including leads generated, sales made, and follow-ups needed.

6. Meeting Sales Targets:

- Strive to meet or exceed sales quotas and performance goals.

- Stay motivated to maintain productivity and efficiency while generating leads.

7. Market Research:

- Gather insights about customer preferences and competitor offerings.

- Adjust strategies based on feedback from potential customers.

8. Follow-up and After-Sales Support:

- Provide customer support after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

- Follow up on any promises made during the sales pitch.

9. Effective door-to-door sales require strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle rejection while remaining professional.

- Proven experience in sales.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
