Sky Solar Pro
is looking for a proven solar closer with
at least 2 years of sales experience.You’ll work with qualified leads, present customized solar solutions, and close deals that save homeowners money while helping the planet.
- Conduct in-home and virtual consultations with qualified leads to assess energy usage and solar needs
- Develop and present tailored solar proposals, including financing options and available incentives, to homeowners
- Guide clients through the sales process from proposal to contract signing and installation
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the operations and installation teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
- Stay informed about solar technologies, market trends, and incentive programs to provide up-to-date information to clients
- Represent Sky Solar Pro in a professional, ethical, and inclusive manner in all client and team interactions
- Minimum 2 years of direct solar sales experience with a proven record of achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of solar systems, financing, and incentive programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing independent sales activities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic digital software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred- $5,000 monthly draw base salary + commissions
