We are a fast-growing clean energy company committed to helping homeowners and businesses save money while reducing their environmental footprint. With renewable energy on the rise, we’re looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our solar sales team.

Job Description

- Educate homeowners and business owners on the benefits of solar energy.

- Generate and follow up on leads through door-to-door outreach, networking, referrals, and digital tools.

- Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to assess energy needs and present customized solar solutions.

- Clearly explain financing, incentives, and long-term cost savings.

- Manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact to closing the deal.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to exceed sales goals.

- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or solar/renewables (preferred but not required — training provided).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Reliable transportation and flexibility to meet with customers.

Compensation

- Commission-based with average earnings of $70,000 – $120,000+ per year (top performers exceed $150K).

- Performance bonuses & incentives (trips, prizes, etc.).
